Terms and conditions

1. Booking

What you send through the site is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. We reply personally on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours and 24 hours at the latest, and confirm availability. You pay nothing online at this step. The cabin is held in your name only after we confirm availability and receive the deposit. We tell you the rate personally, when we reply to your request.

2. Arrival and departure

We welcome you from 15:00. On your departure day you leave the cabin by 11:00. If you need different times, tell us in good time and we will see what we can do.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free if you let us know at least 21 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the deposit already paid is not refunded, because we hold the cabin free for you.

4. Holiday vouchers

We accept Romanian holiday vouchers. Mention it when you send your request so we can account for them. Amounts paid with holiday vouchers are not refundable, in line with the rules of those vouchers.

5. House rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Outside, on the terrace and by the fire, you are free.
• Pets are welcome, but outdoors only and with our approval in advance. They do not come inside the cabins. Write to us before you book.
• Open fires are only lit in the designated areas: the hearth, the campfire spot and the barbecue.
• After 22:00 we keep things quiet, out of respect for other guests and for the neighbours.
• Parties and events are held only with our written approval, given in advance.

6. Care for the place

Look after the cabin and the homestead as you would your own home. Any damage is covered by whoever caused it. If something happens, tell us and we will sort it out together.

7. Responsibility

You are in the mountains, in nature. The fire, the hot tub, the sauna, the trail and the training are used at your own risk and with common sense. Children remain in the care of the adults with them.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement comes up, we resolve it first through direct conversation. If needed, you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), anpc.ro.
