A day on retreat
- 01 Sunrise training on the grass, the valley below you.
- 02 Morning breakfast from the homestead.
- 03 Midday a hike along the ridge.
- 04 Afternoon hot sauna and cold plunge tub.
- 05 Evening dinner by the fire, around the long table.
- 06 Night deep sleep, no screens.
Why it works
Effort at sunrise, a hot sauna, a cold plunge tub, mountain air and sleep without screens. Nothing complicated: only the things that truly move the needle, done day after day.

A fitness studio facing the mountain. Look up mid-set and there is the ridge.
