How it is laid out
An A-frame cabin over two levels. Downstairs, the living room with a kitchen corner and the bathroom at the back. The staircase climbs against the sloping wall, and up in the apex of the triangle is the loft bedroom.
Where you sleep
A double bed in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. Together, the cabin sleeps up to 6 guests. Linens and towels are included.
The kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen corner: hob, fridge, espresso machine, crockery and cutlery. Enough for your morning coffee and a light dinner. The real cooking happens outside anyway, at the cauldron and in the wood-fired oven.
The bathroom
At the back of the cabin, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and black fittings on limestone. Towels wait for you on the shelf.
Warmth
Underfloor heating throughout the cabin and a fireplace that keeps the place warm in the evening too. In summer, air conditioning. It is comfortable inside in any season.
Wi-Fi and signal
There is Wi-Fi in the cabin if you need it. The phone signal is weaker among the hills, but perhaps that is exactly why you came.
Getting here
You are in Văleni-Dâmbovița, less than two hours from Bucharest. The last stretch of road climbs the hill; put the address into Waze or Google Maps and come without rushing. Parking is free, right beside the cabin.
